How are you holding up these days Pandemic Pros?

I see you out there with your self-care routine doing your best to stay afloat and keep your eyes on the light at the end of the tunnel! Are we there yet?????

Here's what I see happening:

You feel tired, you take a nap.
You feel anxious, you take a bath.
Your mind is racing, you go on a walk.
You feel lonely, you call a friend.
You feel depressed, you talk to your therapist.
You can't fall asleep, you listen to a meditation app.

These are all awesome solutions that I fully advocate!!
But do you notice that self-care is starting to feel a bit.... hopeless?

Let's face it. Life keeps happening, we keep hacking away at our issues, and nothing much fundamentally changes. In fact, you might be feeling like you're just barely keeping the hopelessness, loneliness, depression, or anxiety at bay.

This is because most of the immediate solutions we reach for are external solutions which only temporarily "fix" what we could call the "first layer" of Self.

It turns out we have many other layers that need attention and, according to all the great wisdom traditions, the most important layer to tend is the Spiritual Heart (a.k.a. Soul/Spirit).

When you work at this level, you heal and strengthen all the other layers of your being and can dissolve negative thought patterns, emotional wounds, and re-define your relationship to suffering.

The spiritual heart (different from your emotional heart) is the innermost part of your Being. It is whole, completely free of judgment, and eternally at peace. It has been called many things: Emptiness, Wholeness, The Great Completeness, The Sacred Heart, The Kingdom Within, The Inner Guru....

For 8 years I have been teaching people one-to-one, how to access their spiritual heart or "awakened self". And the changes that people experience in every aspect of their lives is extraordinary. Physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual - all layers of the self transform in the space of the Heart.

Here are just some of the results that clients have shared:

"My sense of hopelessness and loneliness has completely disappeared."

"I don't have the words to convey how deeply and profoundly this work has affected and transformed me... I have learned so much, healed so much, grown so much, been inspired, empowered, and humbled and am deeply and eternally grateful!"

"I finally know what all the spiritual books are talking about. This was the missing piece for me."

If you are interested in taking your self-care to the deepest level possible,
I invite you to join me in the

Awakening to Wholeness:
Inner Wisdom Program

In this 12-week program I walk you through a specialized meditation process for self-healing and self-realization.

In 1:1 sessions I personally guide you into direct experience of your ‘awakened self' (spiritual heart).  Throughout the 12 weeks I show you how to reliably access, deepen, and refine this awakening and develop it for your own personal healing on every level - physical, mental/emotional, relational, and spiritual.

You will come away with a life-long meditation practice, and the ability to access peace, trust and clarity throughout life's many changes.

If this sparks your interest, please reach out to me so I can give you all the details and answer your questions. Email me here

Program begins March 19th!

Love All Ways,
Nicole
